[Yum] Two yum versions at once?

Seth,

 >> how did you install the other yum? <<

After sleeping on that question, I have a better answer:

According to /root/.bash_history the first was installed by:
rpm -Uvh yum-2.0.4-20031205.noarch.rpm

According to the yum.log file the second was from:
02/13/04 16:53:51 Updated: yum 2.0.5-1.fd.fr.noarch

02/13/04 was also the last time that yum update worked.

My instinct is to manually remove both and install:
http://linux.duke.edu/projects/yum/download/2.0/yum-2.0.5-1.noarch.rpm

But, this is a test box. Is there anything else I can do?
