Really unfortunate situation. If you guys see someone abusing people in that IRC channel, let the Fedora IRC ops know. There are usually one or two around to help quash major problems. They also have a group mailing list you can send email to if needed -- I believe it's irc-support-operators@. Bring a log if you can. -- Paul W.
