Unfortunately, this text does not explain nick registration, which is
required for entry into #fedora (so the webchat link will not work for

For what it's worth, here's some text (specific to webchat) that could
possibly be added to the website, or perhaps a wiki page on the topic.
Unfortunately, we have no good non-English instructions for registering
your nick on IRC, which seems like a pretty big hurdle for somebody new
to IRC.
