There already is an option to skip verification. But we should
"strongly suggest" that they verify.

They're going to have to connect to the internet to get the SHA1SUM
in either case though, right? If the installer had some method of
downloading the sum from a server and the user didn't have an
internet connection, then it should allow the user to skip the check.
