Of course I am not under any illusions that anyone "who actually bothers to make changes" really is going to respond in any meaningful way. Not to me, not to anyone else, for that matter. At least, that's been true for some time. Certainly there might be some rare exceptions, but this is going to be true much more often than not.

I few emails ago I mentioned that most developers tend to ignore various
threads. It seems on one hand you go out of your way to be impolite,
while on the other hand you complain that people don't do what you want.

I don't believe I ever demanded anyone to do anything. When did I make any such demand?

I simply observed, and summarized, what's been the case for some period of time now, and is likely to remain the status quo for the foreseeable future.
