Venting makes it difficult to understand the issue. State your problem
calmly, otherwise most @ GNOME will quickly ignore either you, or the
whole mailing list.

I'm one of the few (and maybe only one) who tries to find some signal
within noise (venting = noise).

Don't forget that there is no Customer Service department or something.
Listening to people venting as a hobby..most people will quickly find
something else to do with that time; meaning: they'll start ignoring it.
