The latest proj datumgrid dataset for Europe now contains some data under the "Data licence Germany – attribution – version 2.0" [1], but it's not listed in the Good License list. It looks somewhat like CC-BY (but in German/English?), though with an additional mark-your-edits clause. Is this license acceptable in Fedora?
