Has this ever occurred? I have not seen a single instance of package
creator doing a PUBLISH or VERIFY during the time I've been active in
the project (like 7-8 months or so).
But never mind. Maybe Warren and others had higher hopes for the
participation enthusiasm which just didn't materialize to that degree
for many reasons (like being too difficult to participate). If we
don't manage to get updates out, we'd be better dead.
