Well, yes, but (aside from the Orig poster) everyone else is basing
their information on things that happened many years ago. Thats not
excusing the issue that happened to the Orig poster, but I think that
is a much more isolated case than people think.

You might think so, but again, look at this thread... there are several
people who said they had bad problems 5+ years ago and never want to go
back. I did invite members of this list to join and see for themselves
how things are these days, but I don't know if anyone took me up on it.
