Reading through this mess, I had to try some more. :)

I currently hear music from the front speakers and the mic is working.
No headphones.

modprobe sdn_hda_intel model=w2jc

Works with AlsaCVS as well as stock debian unstable with 2.6.22-rc6.


It seems the model doesn't have a headphone so maybe it would be enough
to adjust its profile to include some?
