snd_hdsp in 1.0.14 breaks RME HDSP 9632

Changes in alsa-kernel/pci/rme9652/hdsp.c for the 1.0.14 release break the RME
HDSP 9632 (and alsa all together once the module loads).

An attempt to to do "alsactl restore" results in:
===============================================================
alsactl: set_control:991: warning: name mismatch (Analog Extension Board/DDS
Sample Rate Offset) for control #30
alsactl: set_control:993: warning: index mismatch (0/0) for control #30
alsactl: set_control:995: failed to obtain info for control #30 (Operation not
permitted)
===============================================================

An attempt to do "alsactl store" results in a kernel crash.

The above problems are directly related to changes in
alsa-kernel/pci/rme9652/hdsp.c.

If I replace the 1.0.14 alsa-kernel/pci/rme9652/hdsp.c with the one from
1.0.14-rc3 the RME HDSP 9632 works fine.

Chris
