What about applications which still use OSS?


As I understand, most of them want to regulate volume using /dev/mixer - 
and somehow, with my card, it is connected to a non-working "master".
Is there a way to connect /dev/mixer to PCM?

"modinfo snd_mixer_oss" shows that there are no options to that module.
