Problems starting X on Debian 3.1

Hello Everyone!

Hopefully someone will be able to help me with my problem. I've been
googling for hours and can't seem to startx successfully after any
changes I make.

I've attached a copy of my config and log files, but I think the
problem is occuring  here:

I'm using a NEC 1850x monitor, logitech usb wireless keyboard/mouse
and a matrox g550 on Debian 3.1 (sid).
