Hello, I am brand new to Linux and would
really appreciate any help anybody can give me. I just completed my first
Linux install of Slackware 10.0 with the new XFree86 4.4.0
I have a Diamond Stealth 111 S540 graphics
card with a Savage 4 chipset. Apparently this card uses the SVGA
Xserver. During Slackware installation, or when I run
xorgconfig, there is no option of which X servers to install or
use.
My questions are, how can I find out which Xserver
my machine is using and how do I confugure Slackware to use the proper
server.
