Hi all… I’m newbie, so I hope somebody can help me… I just installed Solaris 9 in a Dell M60 Laptop, because I was
unable to find my video card o the list, the only that get through the test was
the vga with 16 colors, I choose that, and continued with the installation… After that I’ve installed the XFree86 4.4.0… but
I don’t know what’s next…I’ve try to run kdmconfig but
a message saying that window is too small (80x21) minimum of 80x24 is required. I also ran the XFree86 –config command and , not found
error message… I just need some basic instructions to get this working my
video card is a Nvidia Quadro FX 700 64MB I’m starting from scratch so the only that is
installed is the Solaris 9 and the XFree86 4.4.0…. Thank you very much in advance… R.SOTELO |
