are you sure the Bus IDs are correct?
You might want to use lspci to detect the real busids, and don't forget to 
recalculate them from hexadecimal to decimal before using them in X.

Also, my ServerLayout section for multihead (Matrox G550) looks like this:

Mainly I got no screen numbering. According to man XF86Config, screen numbers 
are fine but perhaps it's worth a try doing without.

The X log file /var/log/XFree86.0.log does not provide useful information, I 
think?
