Hi,

I have a built by ATI radeon 9700 pro graphics card and I downloaded the linux drivers  which support it from ATI's site.

I have redhat 8.0.  X  Server worked ok with my old Geforce1, now it won't start.

I followed the instructions of installing the ati driver rpm and then ran fglrxconfig to config the XFree86Config file.

When I try to startx I get error messages regarding agp and it won't start!

I have included my config file and the x server log in an attachment.

My System:

AMD AthlonXP 2000+

Gigabyte GA-7VAX (KT400 Chipset)

ANY help would be appreciated, thanks.

Avner
