The log-file doesn't show any Errors. Hallo, I'm not sure, for me it looks that modelines including correct Dot-Clock is very important, to fire on an LCD on the DVI Port. Nvidia is offering Linux Driver for a wide range of their Graphic Chips, but I don't know if these drivers are usefull for BSD.
