I have an ATI radeon 32mb tvout and a monitor philips 107s (17inch) i'm unable to make xfree to start with the risolution of 1152x864 :-( my settings into XF86Config are this: Section "Device" Identifier "ATIRadeon" Driver "ati" #VideoRam 32768 # Insert Clocks lines here if appropriate EndSection Section "Screen" Identifier "Screen 1" Device "ATIRadeon" Monitor "Philips" DefaultDepth 24 Subsection "Display" Depth 8 Modes "1152x864" "1024x768" "800x600" "640x480" ViewPort 0 0 EndSubsection Subsection "Display" Depth 16 Modes "1152x864" "1024x768" "800x600" "640x480" ViewPort 0 0 EndSubsection Subsection "Display" Depth 24 Modes "1152x864" "1024x768" "800x600" "640x480" ViewPort 0 0 EndSubsection EndSection It always start at 1024x768 75hz, but my monitor can have a res. of 1152x864 at 70hz.
