Does anyone know of any custom, freely-available, cursors for X? Does anyone know if a scalable font (eg. ttf) can be used, instead of a bitmap font, for the cursor? Does anyone know what settings to bdf2pcf should be used for compiling a custom cursor.pcf file? Does anyone know if there's some better way (eg. changeable at runtime, like on windows) to change the cursors used by X?
