php_sybase_ct.dll throws an error, when I run php-cgi from the
commandline. This happens only in the thread safe version:

Faulting application name: php-cgi.exe, version: 5.7.0.0, time stamp:
	0x52b9d523
Faulting module name: libsybct64.dll, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp:
	0x514eba8a
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x000000000003040d
Faulting process id: 0x3b74
Faulting application start time: 0x01cf00d8821369bb
Faulting application path:
C:\php-sdk\phpint64\x64\Release_TS\php-5.7.0-dev\php-cgi.exe
Faulting module path:
C:\php-sdk\phpint64\x64\Release_TS\php-5.7.0-dev\libsybct64.dll

In the end, sybase_ct shows up in phpinfo, but with suspicious
parameters:

Active Persistent Links 64181488
Active Links 64181488

In the nts-version both of these parameters are 0. The libsyb*64.dll's
are the latest from ASE 15.7, dd 24 March 2013.
