Dear Colleagues,

We would like to draw your attention to TError, a new package of Matlab functions now available on Vhub and developed for a rapid characterization of tephra deposits and the quantification of the uncertainty of the associated Eruption Source Parameters. Details have also just been published in Statistics in Volcanology.

We hope that this will facilitate the description of tephra deposits and will stimulate further discussion around the determination of parameter uncertainties. Comments and feedback on the use of the package are, therefore, more than welcome (please address them to sebastien.biasse@xxxxxxxx)!
