First VERTIGO workshop on Stromboli Island from 27 September through 2 October

Dear all,
as announced earlier, the first workshop of the EU-funded Initial Training Network VERTIGO will take place on Stromboli Island (Italy) from 27 September through 2 October 2014.
The topic is: “Monitoring of explosive eruptions and proximal deposits: Do we already understand everything we see?”
The workshop is meant for the VERTIGO Early Stage Researchers but a small number of external PhD or PostDoc students can be accepted. Their participation will be evaluated based on their letter of interest that should be sent to info@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx by 3 August 2014.
