He has a Dish Pro LNB. The switching is done via the two LO settings. He
wants V high always for propper operration of the LNB. They like the voltage
to be at 18-19v

Try increasing the delay a tad. change the W15's to W20 and the first W20's
to W25's. The W20's at the end I don't think are needed.
