You seam have an official Premiere CAM-module which (AFAIK) only works with
a certified("geeignet fuer Premiere") receiver.

That is NOT an Alphacrypt (Light) Module.
And i think hell will freeze over before you will get an Alphacrypt module
with a "legal" Premiere Sticker. :-)

So take it back to your hardware dealer and get a real Alphacrypt (Light).
