Xine and 16:9

I didn't see any effect on either vdr-xine or softdevice. I think it 
does not have to have an effect, since it is a code VDR option, and core 
means FF card.
On the other hand, I proposed that softdevice use this option as a hint 
about the actual screen ratio. I think any plugin can use that option.
