Hi Petr, yup, that seems the logical conclusion. Most of those special keys are handled in kmilo. Can you check that KMilo is running? Go to TCC -> TDE components -> Service manager -> Startup services and check kmilo. If it is not running, start it up and see if things work again. Cheers Michele
