What's "there?"  You cannot expect support if you don't provide more
accurate problem reporting.  You also should stop top-posting.  All
this is explained in the mailing list posting guidelines which you
were required to read when you subscribed to this list.

You were given a helpful troubleshooting tip - it's really rude to
just reject it because you don't know how to do it.  You can use an
Internet search to learn how or maybe you should hire a system
administrator to help you.

Well, YOUR responsibility is to replicate their problem or find it in
your logs.  Why are you saying these things like we should provide you
some other magical way to fix your problem?

Once you replicate the problem, you need to show the exact error
message and indicate where you found it.  It is interesting to note
that for some reason SM doesn't have a single quote in its address
spec regex even though it's in the RFC, however, this may have nothing
at all to do with your problem -- it's impossible to say since you've
given so little information about the situation.
