SquirrelMail just sets the vacation message. Your mail delivery (maildrop?) agent needs to use that to send auto-responses. There is an example maildrop configuration file in the plugin. If that's not working, this may or may not be a place where you can get help. Try the courier users mailing list. > i > activate it and send email to it but no auto respond came. i cant figure out > what the problem is. i think its has do do with something about the maildrop > am using freebsd i have install maildrop and copied the sample maildroprc > file to my etc directory but nothing is happening. am really desperate now > if anyone can help me fix the problem. Maybe you should do some more research on the 'net or courier-users mailing list archives. > AuYeung San V^o^V wrote: >> >> Hello,I have some problem of configuration Courier Vacation plugin for >> SquirrelMail, >> my configuration step : >> # ./conf.pl >> add "courier_vacation" to "Installed Plugins" >> Save and Quit >> >> and then I login squirrelmail and submit after write vacation >> message got the following error: >> ERROR: Could not access vacation message >> >> Could you have any idea to help me fix this problem?Thank you.... >> >> my squirrelmail version: >> squirrelmail-1.4.6-7.el4 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Apps built with the Adobe(R) Flex(R) framework and Flex Builder(TM) are powering Web 2.0 with engaging, cross-platform capabilities.
