Because the server runs on XP Pro OS, i checked Time Zone under Date and Time in the control panel. It currently says "GMT+10:00) Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney" and has "Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes" box checked. I could not see if there would be anything else i had to tweak around. Coming back to your suggestion, How do i check to see if the time on the server is using UTC or not on Windows XP Pro? I tried to google it but got no helpful info return.

Thank you in advance
