IMAP SELECT command does not have message range options. Paging is performed in SquirrelMail scripts. Performance issues on mailboxes with 3000 and more messages are caused by internal SquirrelMail 1.4 message sorting. Message sorting hits default PHP memory limits somewhere close to 3k messages. If you want to get sorted results and do sorting in PHP, scripts must get information about all messages stored in mailbox. -- Tomas -- View this message in context: http://www.nabble.com/Squirrelmail-after-upgrade-to-1.4.13-fails-on-large-folders-tp19793794p19810771.html Sent from the squirrelmail-users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ ----- squirrelmail-users mailing list Posting guidelines: http://squirrelmail.org/postingguidelines List address: squirrelmail-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx List archives: http://news.gmane.org/gmane.mail.squirrelmail.user List info (subscribe/unsubscribe/change options): https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/squirrelmail-users
