You do realize that this has absolutely nothing to do with SM, right?
You still have not configured your IMAP system, and SM is merely an
IMAP client.  You could increase Courier IMAP's logging verbosity to
help, but the fact that you found the broken SQL query should already
be enough to point you in the right direction -- the query is built
from authmysqlrc.  You should already know this and have reviewed that
file.  This page in that HOWTO explains it:
