When you navigate menu, enter numbers and letters that are listed in front
of menu name. Don't enter whole menu line.

This document explains how to install SquirrelMail without root privileges
and perl cli and how to enable administrator plugin. It is not relevant.

If /usr/local/squirrelmail/www/config/config.php does not have folder_synch
plugin entry, please explain why it is visible when you start ./configure.

If plugin is enabled and you don't see it, check plugin directory
permissions. If you run PHP in safe mode, check ownership of core scripts
and broken plugin.
