apache2 was installed when I installed the OS, ubuntu 7.04 server
amd64.  I haven't installed apache nor apache-ssl

No, I won't use it.

At the beginning I ran "apt-get install" to download/install
squirrelmail on repo.  I can't make it to work.  Therefore I ran
"apt-get remove" to remove it.  I started again following the official
document and download squirrelmail package on website
