SquirrelMail doesn't list INBOX subfolders in correct order, if server canstore folders under INBOX and not under INBOX. Such setup is possible inDovecot and some other IMAP servers. In order to fix it, SquirrelMailfunctions/imap_mailbox.php file must be modified.
