If you are using change_passwd 4.0 and compatibility 2.0.x plugins, please
downgrade to compatibility 1.3.

If you have turned on PHP register_globals, try turning it off. SquirrelMail
scripts work fine in register_globals = off setup. If SquirrelMail 1.4.8+
scripts are used in register_globals = on setup, it might trigger various
issues in incorrectly coded plugins.
