Bingo. Thanks, Paul.

In this case, running "make deinstall" and then "make reinstall" from
these ports directories got SM working again:

squirrelmail
squirrelmail-compatibility-plugin
squirrelmail-vlogin-plugin

There's still a login problem, but that's related to a patch to the
cyrus server I'll need to apply before running portupgrade.
Investigating that now.
