OK. Then David has to recheck his setup. Fedora Core6 uses dovecot-1.0-2.rc28,
my test setup runs 1.0.rc15. I can create noselect folders and they are
positioned correctly.

Issue can be reproduced only when parent folder is not subscribed. I have
already said that David should subscribe parent folders. On UW 2006 you can't
subscribe noselect folders. I don't want to waste my time parsing dovecot
changelogs or testing dovecot 1.0.0 version.
