Folder Defaults -> 13. Show 'Contain Sub.' Option noselect folders are created when delimiter is appended to mailbox name. SquirrelMail does not append delimiter to mailbox name and does not show checkbox for noselect folders, if you have "Show 'Contain Sub.'
