Note that this plugin only "filters" mails when they are first
delivered, not after that.

The plugin is only a front-end to usually procmail or maildrop.  I
forget if the plugin itself will try to filter out non-alphanumeric
characters, but if I were you, I'd just try it.

I can't remember if the plugin will let you forward as well as filter
into a folder in your account.  Try setting one "rule" for each,
putting the forward one first, where it both forwards and keeps a copy
in your account.
