You have to contact the maintainer of your mailserver[1], since he is in
charge of your mailbox quota. Think of squirrelmail acting as a door to
your house: The door cannot control how many squarefeet your house has.
(Maybe a stupid example).
Your problem cannot be resolved from squirrelmail, as squirrelmail has
nothing to do with it.
