She specifically, and arbitrarily, chose to send an e-mail to him even though he, nor anyone else, ever advertised his address as a 'support' address for anything. He has no obligation to provide any support to her or anyone else. It's no different in my mind than if I found your e-mail address on the Internet and asked you for help with freeing up disk space on my Mac because you use one too.
