Re-read the thread. She specifically, and arbitrarily, chose to send an
e-mail to him even though he, nor anyone else, ever advertised his
address as a 'support' address for anything. He has no obligation to
provide any support to her or anyone else. It's no different in my mind
than if I found your e-mail address on the Internet and asked you for
help with freeing up disk space on my Mac because you use one too. You
might be helpful once or twice but after many such requests I'm sure
you'd be frustrated too.
