Aha!. Darn ISP filtering again.

Okay, so my ISP run some proxy for domestic traffic.

What I was getting back was the first chunked header stripped off and the
chunks decoded. As one would expect the remaining Transfer-Encoding header
with no remainign chunks goes badly.
