Yup. 

At first I thought "Caribou" was <http://www.cariboucms.com/>, but now I'm not so sure; AFAICT that's a PHP/MySQL CMS, and doesn't have its own server (as well as there being a 'jsp' in the URL). Any other candidates?

That URL also seems to be 500'ing now...
