This is a bit unclear. What it means is: * I was offered 0000002 (L2 redirect) * The only supported method is 0000002 (L2 redirect) * but, and I'm guessing here, 192.168.255.248 isn't directly connected; so it can't do an L2 redirect. Does the 3550 have an IP address in the 192.168.255.x network? Or is it reaching 192.168.255.x via some firewall device? > 16:50:47: WCCP-EVNT:S00: Here_I_Am packet from 192.168.255.248 with > incompatible capabilites > 16:50:47: WCCP-PKT:S00: Sending I_See_You packet to 192.168.255.248 w/ > rcv_id 0000001D > 16:50:57: WCCP-EVNT:wccp_update_assignment_status: enter > 16:50:57: WCCP-EVNT:wccp_update_assignment_status: exit > 16:50:57: WCCP-EVNT:S00: Here_I_Am packet from 192.168.255.248 w/bad > fwd method 00000002, was offered 00000002 > 16:50:57: WCCP-EVNT:S00: Here_I_Am packet from 192.168.255.248 with > incompatible capabilites > 16:50:57: WCCP-PKT:S00: Sending I_See_You packet to 192.168.255.248 w/ > rcv_id 0000001E -- - Xenion - http://www.xenion.com.au/ - VPS Hosting - Commercial Squid Support -
