auto2rpm: convert autotools-enabled tarballs to rpms

Hello.

I'd like to announce auto2rpm 1.2. auto2rpm is a tool for converting source tarballs using the autotools (autoconf, automake and libtool) into rpms. It will automatically generate a spec file for a given autoconfiscated tarball and then build source and binary rpms.

It's pretty basic at the moment - see the TODO file for things that I have planned.
