http://linux-hotplug.sourceforge.net the ones from here.
You probably need at least 2003_08_05 for a 2.6 kernel, better to get
2004_01_15. FWIT I'm also using Arjan's modutils-2.4.25-10 with his
kernel builds.

OK. Really old hotplug stuff. Definately get the new one and see if that
works first. hotplug.d got added in May 2003.  There was a fix in Aug.
2003 for USB modules for 2.6 kernels ( it's in the 2003_08_05 release).
