Thanks for the explanation.  As I said, I'd seen it mentioned before and
wasn't sure what the issue was.  Taking a second look (well, first look, I
usually use a pop3 client) at "NetMail" (courtesy of
http://www.myrealbox.com) it appears that their web-mail app has the same
limitation.

FWIW, another poster was right in the fact that Outlook defaults to just
adding "Original Message", but has the option to change.
