hi guys, im trying to setup my ftp server to be available in the net but as i tried to log-in locally it will just return
ftp localhost
Connected to localhost(127.0.0.1)
500 OOPS: could not bind listening socket
If you haven't gotten your system up to date, and you installed from the boxed set, vsftpd is broken.
Otherwise, just make sure that /etc/vsftpd.conf exists and is correct.
