IMVHO, the answer to that would be a flat-out "NO". The Thompson licencing
terms for mpeg is confusing enough, sufficient to make Red Hat wary of
possible (future) legal suits. As if that weren't bad enough, SCO is now 
muddying the waters even more, with their recent actions.
